Deburring

The HANNA Deburring are simple and robust tools designed to deburr the entry and/or exit of holes. They are capable of machining a small chamfer, by means of a moving blade, which is activated by a spring mechanism, and adaptable to any type of machine, ideal for replacing manual deburring operations in holes that are difficult to access.

It is possible to adjust the blade actuation intensity, consequently the size of the machined chamfer. To do this, turn the screw (1) clockwise, increasing the spring pressure on the blade. To decrease the pressure, turn counterclockwise.
